Our client in the legal field has outsourced us to recruit for enthusiastic law clerks willing to join their esteemed team. In this role, you will provide technical support to staff attorneys, perform legal research and assist in drafting and filing legal documents.

Prepares legal documents including memos, resolutions, pleading and motions.
Handle customer inquiries, questions and problems.
Receive and process telephone orders including the preparation of faxing and filing confirmation packages.
Prepare and distribute general correspondence, documents and information packages.
Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions and trials.
Liaise with the Underwriting Department on title/survey problems, policy questions and customer concerns.
Other duties as required or assigned.

Law Clerk/Legal Assistant Diploma or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
Attention to detail
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work well in a team
